An Energy Saving Solution For Sealing Open Doorways

ENERSHIELD AIR BARRIERS, help facilities save energy and enhance indoor comfort, by creating an effective seal on an open doorway. This is achieved by re-circulating the facility air in a laminar (smooth) flow across an open doorway. The kinetic energy within the moving air generates a barrier of air, preventing outside conditions from entering an opening and expensive inside-conditioned air from escaping.  The more laminar this airflow, the harder it is for outside air to penetrate the barrier.  Door activated, these high velocity Air Barriers create an efficient and robust seal across the opening forming a ‘virtual’ door. It’s this seal of air that prevents the transfer of temperature, humidity, dust, odours and flying insects.
